Toronto City Mission
Toronto City Mission brings hope to children and families impacted by poverty through preventative programs and mentoring. Since 1879, they've worked to help young people rise above poverty and become leaders in their communities.

Romero House
Romero House welcomes refugee claimants with transitional housing, legal support, and settlement assistance. They believe in living as good neighbours — providing community, food security, and wraparound support to help refugee families establish themselves in Canada.

WeTogether
WeTogether is a grassroots charity walking alongside the poor, refugees, immigrants, ex-prisoners, and homeless in the Jane and Finch community. They work to transform lives, restore families, and rebuild community through support programs, youth initiatives, and scholarships.
Volunteer Opportunities:

Scarborough Women's Centre
Scarborough Women's Centre has served over 175,000 women since 1982. They empower marginalized and at-risk women to become economically and emotionally independent through free counselling, mentoring, workshops, and information services covering abuse, employment, newcomer integration, and emotional health.
